Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast or thighs
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
- Garlic and ginger
- Optional: rice or noodles
Directions
- Slice chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Cook chicken in a skillet until fully done.
- Add vegetables.
- Add sauce and seasoning.
- Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
