High Protein Chicken Salad

Chicken salad, but cleaned up a bit.

This version uses Greek yogurt to keep it creamy while adding more protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Diced celery
  • Diced pickles or grapes, optional
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning

Directions

  1. Add chicken to a bowl.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt and mustard.
  3. Add celery and optional ingredients.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Serve in a wrap, bowl, or on toast.
