Chicken salad, but cleaned up a bit.
This version uses Greek yogurt to keep it creamy while adding more protein.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Diced celery
- Diced pickles or grapes, optional
- Salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning
Directions
- Add chicken to a bowl.
- Mix in Greek yogurt and mustard.
- Add celery and optional ingredients.
- Season to taste.
- Serve in a wrap, bowl, or on toast.
