Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 banana or berries
- Cinnamon
- Optional: peanut butter
Directions
- Cook oats with water or milk.
- Let oats cool slightly.
- Stir in protein powder.
- Add fruit and cinnamon.
- Top with peanut butter if desired.
