Meal prep does not have to be boring.
These turkey meatballs are lean, easy to make, and can be used in bowls, wraps, pasta, or on their own.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or oats
- Garlic seasoning
- Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into meatballs.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until fully cooked.
